Edge-X collects only the minimum information necessary to provide the service: your email address (for account creation and billing), payment transaction references (no full card numbers), and an aggregate count of simultaneous sessions (to enforce plan device limits). We do not collect your browsing history, traffic data, DNS queries, IP addresses assigned during VPN sessions, or any content you access through the service.
Edge-X operates a strict zero-logs policy. We never monitor, record, or store your online activity, connection timestamps, assigned VPN IP addresses, session duration, or bandwidth usage at the individual user level. Your usage of the Edge-X service remains completely private.
The limited data we do hold is used solely to operate your account, process payments, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share anonymised, aggregated statistics with partners — these cannot be used to identify any individual user.
All data transmitted to and from our servers is protected with industry-standard TLS encryption. Sensitive account data is stored encrypted at rest. We undergo regular security audits and penetration testing to ensure the integrity of our systems.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact our support team. We will respond within 30 days. You may also withdraw consent to data processing at any time by closing your account.
